Day 1: NAIROBI
– LAKE MANYARA
Arrived Namanga border town at 10:00 hrs after immigration formalities
drive to Arusha for lunch proceed to Lake Manyara National Park on the
base of the great Rift Valley. This small park contains five distinct
vegetation zones thus supporting large variety of birds and animals. The
park is also famous for its tree climbing lions and its large flock of
flamingoes. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel or campsite.
Day 2:
LAKE MANYARA – NGORONGORO CRATER
With Picnic lunches leave Manyara after breakfast for Ngorongoro Crater
for full day game viewing , with lunch break at Ngoitok springs Ngorongoro
Crater is one of the wonders of the world’s so nicknamed by many
visitors on their first visit. The Ngorongoro conservation area 5184sq
kilometers has three other small craters Oldeani Olmoti 3 and Empakaai
to the North and contains animal population of varied species. It was
once a volcanic mountain which with tremendous force blew and folded to
form a caldera Return late afternoon to Ngorongoro wildlife lodge or campsite
for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: NGORONGORO
TARANGIRE
After breakfast depart Ngorongoro for Tarangire National Park one of most
beautiful parks in Tanzania with regard to animal concertration and abundance,
big herds move down form Ngorongoro Manyara and surrounding game reserves
to fetch water and foods as Tarangire is always full of vegetation dinner
and overnight at Tangaire Safari lodge or compsite.
Day 4:
TARANGIRE - NAIROBI
After breakfast drive to Arusha via Mto wa mbu village for shopping of
Makonde carvings and other souvenirs. After lunch in Arusha drive to Nairobi
via Namango border town arriving early evening.
