Day 1: NAIROBI
– LAKE MANYARA
Arrive Manyara border town at 10:000hrs after immigration formalities
drive to Arusha for lunch them to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon
game drive. Look out for tree climbing lions which Manyara is famous for
thousands of flamingoes can be seen on the lake shore. Large herds of
elephants are also seen dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Campsite.
Day 2: LAKE
MANYARA – NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro Crater arriving at lunch time. Drive
to Embakasi Crater lunch at Empakaai craterim. After lunch with the help
of armed guides, walk in the crater floor through the forested wall climbings
the walls back to the vehicles in an excellent afternoon exercise. Drive
to Ngorongoro wildlife lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 3:
NGORONGORO
After breakfast, taking picnic lunches with you, descend 2,000 ft(670m)
into the crater floor, spend the whole day tracking animals, with a short
break for lunch at Ngoitoktok spings picnic site all the big five may
be seen other species encountered are cheetah elephant giants and thompsons,
Gazelles, el zebra, wild beasts and super abundance of spotted Hyena,
both lesser and greater flamingoes at Ngorongoro wildlife lodge or campsite.
Day 4:
NGORONGORO – NAIROBI
After break fast leave Ngorongoro for Arusha we will stop at Mto wa Mbwe
village for shopping of souvenirs arriving in the time for lunch drive
to Nairobi via Namanga border town arriving in the evening.
